Your order will be shipped by Col Blanc within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery is free for purchases of €100 or more. Below this amount, the fees are fixed:
- €4.90 incl. VAT — Colissimo to a relay point
- €6.90 incl. VAT — Colissimo without signature
- €8.90 incl. VAT — Colissimo with signature

Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain
Delivery is free for purchases of €150 or more. Below this amount, the fees are fixed:

Returns
We apply a 14-day return policy from the receipt of your order. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with its tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@col-blanc.com before sending your package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
The return address is: 55 Boulevard de la Plage, 33970 Cap Ferret. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately — in this case, return shipping costs will be covered by Col Blanc.
Non-returnable items
Promotional items, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned.
Exchanges
For an exchange, return the item in question and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. For any questions: contact@col-blanc.com.
